GUIDELINE FOR ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
- April 7, 2013 - First announcement of the seminar
- May 31, 2013 - Confirmation of Acceptance of abstracts for poster session
- May 31, 2013 - Last day for NeuroFair 2013 registration
- June 11, 2013 - Registration for WALK-IN participants (Only if seats are still available)
Abstract Submission
Please click here to download a template for your abstract submission. Follow the instructions in the template. You may submit your abstract during your registration or separately after your registration.
Confirmation
After submitting the abstract, a confirmation of your abstract submission with your abstract ID number will be sent to the e-mail address. Please keep this confirmation for future reference and for any correspondence with the secretariat.
Abstract review and acceptance
The acceptance of the papers for oral and poster presentations will be based on the evaluation by the scientific subcommittee. Evaluation will be based upon scientific and technical merits, relevance with the theme of the conference, clear statement of objectives and results and compliance with the required format. Corresponding authors will receive notification of abstract acceptance upon confirmation of payment of their registration fees. Only abstracts of registered and paid participants will be accepted and be included in the programme book.
Editorial rights
The scientific committee reserves the right to edit, delete and amend the abstract for language clarity and to fit into the allocated space with the best interest to preserve the intent and meaning of the author.

Poster Competition & Neuroscience Student Awards
Every accepted abstract is entitled for poster exhibition. ONLY abstracts presented by post-graduate students are eligible for Neuroscience Student Awards competition.
Oral Presentation
Only selected abstract will be invited for oral presentation. The decision made by the scientific committee is final. Upon selected, the presenter is given 15 minutes to present the work followed by 5 minutes Q&A session. No competition for oral presentation but selected presenter/abstract will be given a certificate of award.
